• encouraging staff to raise concerns without fear of retaliation
• supporting learners and customers in a consistent and respectful way

All staff receive training on equality and diversity as part of their induction and ongoing development.

Handling Concerns and Grievances

Any individual who feels they have been treated unfairly, discriminated against or harassed can raise the issue under our grievance procedures. Concerns will be taken seriously and handled sensitively.

Discrimination or victimisation may result in disciplinary action.

Continuous Improvement

We review this policy periodically to ensure it remains effective, relevant and aligned with legislation. We aim to continually improve our approach so that equity, respect and inclusion remain central to the way we work.
